$17 million refresh of the Oakland Marriott City Center. We are thrilled to share with you the exciting changes that have occurred in almost every area of the hotel including: guest rooms, corridors, lobby, meeting and event space, exterior entry, and concierge lounge ... as well as in our restaurant and bar which have re-opened under the names LEVEL TWO and Twelve Bar.

The hotel's new design is both sophisticated and contemporary with a warm and bright color palette accented by natural elements including wood, glass, and metal. Our public space is distinctively inviting, while our guest rooms are both functional and relaxing.

Throughout the hotel you will find touches designed to complement and facilitate the needs of today's business and leisure guest as well as pay tribute to the rich cultural heritage of our great city Oakland. For decades Oakland has celebrated and been home to many Jazz & Blues greats and venues including the world-class jazz venue, Yoshi's, near Jack London Square.

To that end, our guests enjoy artful Jazz & Blues inspired touches throughout that ring home our renovation slogan "Get Jazzed for Change!"
